Tip of the Day! You can prepare you cheeseball mix ahead of time, just don't roll in the topping, and refrigerate them for several days as long as they are well sealed. You can freeze them at this stage for a couple of weeks. Once again make sure they are well sealed. You can put your frozen cheeseballs in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. When you are ready to use them, simply roll in the topping and serve!
